Something IMHO that USC should do as well.

They are losing 11000 seats doing so - 62000+ down to 51000.  Not a big deal at Chapel Hole, but could we give up that many seats?  Granted there have been a lot of games over the last couple of seasons that haven't been near capacity, but it would be tough having 10000 less seats for the Georgia, Clemson, Tennessee games.

If they keep giving up seats to make improvements they could eventually get capacity down to 15,000 or 20,000 and their stadium wouldn't look so empty on game day.
