When one fan responded that Hilinski was the better QB, another responded on why Jake started the first game - “you don’t start the talented freshman over the four year veteran QB.”

Their back and forth was entertaining- “That's just dumb. If he were better he would have played ahead of Bentley.”

The final word:

“Ever heard of two guys named Tua and Jalen?”

Ryan is the better QB no doubt and I hope he proves me right. He is heading into hostile territory.

Fresh out of the gate, especially considering his youth, Ryan is the most polished and advanced QB to play here and I've been watching since Suggs was a Sophomore. This game will test him, of course, but I do not expect him to get rattled. He can't do it alone to put up a good fight.

Brat I go back to when Dan Reeves lived in Preston, and I played poker with Joe Prehodka. Ryan H. looked better than any first timer since then.  Conner Shaw stunk his first time out.

I wanta give these men a decent burial. Forget it. Buzzards gotta eat, same as worms.

Best-looking QB (the way the ball targets, release, touch) in my USC college football knowledge...

The ball don't FLOAT!

Looked like a PRO ball........

This is what has been missing the entire time Bentley was the starter....we saw a small glimpse last year with Scarnecchia in the Mizzou game. Ryan will light up the field if he has the time to throw.

Ryan is really polished and he checks down well. The quick release is beautiful. We all need to remember he has never played against a SEC team. The guys around Ryan will have to help him. We need blocking, catching, and solid running. I’m most worried about our OL. I still can’t believe they started Hank at center in Charlotte. He got pushed around way too much. Donell is out of place at center but he does a great job. He does not expect to play center in the league and I suppose they moved him out as a tip to that.
Ryan is very mature for his age, and extremely intelligent. That always helps.

Very catchable ball throwing. Not a super tight spiral. Easy to catch.
And yes I agree. He is the best I’ve seen yet and that was only his first game
Let’s. Go. Game. Cocks!
